Shipping Policy
For your convenience, Scrubsinfashion.com ships via Federal Express delivery service. All delivery packages can be tracked here.

Delivery Acceptance
All CraftingWellness.com orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package.  It the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of  the pending delivery if you have concern over leaving your package at your residence or place of work.  As we utilize third party delivery service, please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and insure the safe arrival of your package.  CraftingWellness.com is not responsible for the package once it leaves the warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved.  If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $10 handling fee and all forwarding charges as incurred.  If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less a $20 refusal fee.

Return
We'll gladly accept returns for any and only MDF products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All MDF Instruments not purchased through CraftingWellness.com should be returned to retailers which the product was originally purchased. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund any import duties/tariff, original and return shipping costs with the return.

Return Instructions:
1. To initiate your return, please contact Customer Service or email to customerservice@craftingwellness.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization number.
2. In the e-mail to obtain RMA number, please include the following information:
Date of purchase
Computer assigned customer Sales Order number
Customer name
Reason for the RMA request
Present condition of the product and packing materials
E-mail and telephone contact number.
3. We will process your return, issue you a RMA number and designated return address by e-mail. (RMA number is issued only by e-mail)
4. Please write the RMA number on the bottom of the shipping label as "attn: RMA #####" under the address provided by Craftingwellness.com. RMA's must be on the front of packages returned to MDF Instruments Direct, Inc.
5. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
6. Ship all returns within 5 business days after the RMA is issued. All returns must be received within 10 business days after the RMA is issued. Please e-mail tracking numbers for returned goods to support@craftingwellness.com

*CraftingWellness.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing mercury (MDF 800 Mercurial Sphygmomanometer. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Mercurial instruments cannot be shipped by air.
** All original packaging and parts in an unused "new" condition.
***ScrubsinFashion, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit or refund for items not returnable due to health, sanitary, or consumable component issues.

Limitations and Damages
The exclusive remedy for any defective Product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.

CraftingWellness.com may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. CraftingWellness.com shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. CraftingWellness.com's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. CraftingWellness.com's warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or ninety days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.

CraftingWellness.com's entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if CraftingWellness.com cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.

CraftingWellness.com has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include lost profits and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.

In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
